Page & Novel respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain terms, what information we collect through this website and how we use it. We collect as little as we reasonably can.
Information we collect
At present, the only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through our contact form or by email — typically your name, email address, the subject of your enquiry, and your message.
We do not run analytics that identify you personally, and we do not use advertising trackers. Our website may record standard, non-identifying technical information (such as basic server logs) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To read and respond to your enquiry.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except where we must to operate the website or comply with the law.
The contact form
When our contact form is connected to a form-handling service in production, your message is transmitted securely to that service, which forwards it to us by email. If the form service is not connected, the form instead opens your own email application with the details prefilled, so your message is sent directly by you.
Purchases and the shop
When our shop opens, purchases will be completed through a secure hosted checkout provider. Payment-card details are handled entirely by that provider — Page & Novel does not see or store your card information. We will only receive the order and delivery details we need to fulfil your purchase and contact you about it. Fuller details will be published with our first release.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as it is useful to answer you and maintain a reasonable record, and then dispose of it.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@pageandnovel.com.au and we will help.
